The Elma Genevieve (An-Jen) Fleming Foundation was created to honor the life and legacy of Elma Genevieve (An-Jen) Fleming—a devoted mother, grandmother, and mentor whose love, guidance, and wisdom shaped generations. Throughout her 75 years, An-Jen raised her children and grandchildren into adulthood and opened her heart to many others, taking countless young people under her wing. She was a source of strength, warmth, and direction, helping those around her grow into their full potential.

In her memory, our mission is to raise $3 million USD to establish a dedicated facility for at-risk youth—a place where they can access counseling, enrichment programs, and personal development opportunities.
